Is this powder being used by some Government for Military or Police? I have had my 28 Nosler since the fall of 2016 and have yet to find any available, one time I did see it, I just finished purchasing 5 lbs of RL33 and did not have the funds to purchase more, figured I will get some in a month or two... However, this powder and Retumbo are non existent, luckily I one pound of Retumbo.
