Use the action you have. Rifle actions machined on CNC equipment should be very accurate. Sure you can lap lugs etc and get full contact, as there are two mating interfaces. The action is one piece. I have a really hard time believing that the front face of your remington and the threads on the inside of the receiver are anything but square. There is no reason for the action to come out of the chuck when machining the threads and the front of the receiver. Likelihood of them being off axis is minimal. Your attention to detail with handloading will pay bigger dividends than getting a "trued action". Have rebarreled a .35 whelen and 300 win mag rifle and all have shot 0.5-0.9 minute 5 shot groups consistently, and dozens of 3 shot groups in the 0.1-0.3 range. Some I found the load it liked quicker than others, but both shoot. Working on a 26 nosler right now. Two of the rifles were savage and one was a remington. Both use the barrel nut system. Two most accurate rifles i own are two factory remington 700 sps tacticals in 308 and 6.5 creedmoor. Neither of them are "trued". I'm sure that people will disagree with my assessment and that's fine. Do whatever toots your horn. I just haven't seen factory actions causing any issues. Own a TC Venture .243, Weatherby vanguard 2 .270 win, REMINGTON 710 (which overall is a crappy gun, but with bedding handloads and trigger work it shoots), 2 remington 700s, plus the two that I have rebarreled and all shoot it just took awhile to find the load the gun likes. Good luck.
