This is how it came from the factory as a replacement of an old scope I sent to them. Clearly I pulled it from the shrink wrap, but that's all there was to it. Nothing fancy, and no paper work.

With their Forever Warantee it doesn't matter. The scope I sent in, I got on a trade, no papers. When it quit holding Zero I sent it in and they sent me the new one.
