I currently have four. A 112BVSS in .300WinMag, factory barrel shot out and Varmint profile 28" Pac-Nor, 9t recently screwed on (used Ryan Mantha reamer). A 6.5-284 Norma that started as a 112BVSS, stock changed to VLP and factory barrel replaced with Varmint profile 28" Lothar Walther, 8t. A model 12 w/HS Precision stock that actually started out as a 6.5CM, then .308Win and now wears a Varmint profile 26" Shilen, 8t. Last but not least, I recently acquired a 114 in .270Win in a trade. Wears a factory sporter profile 22" barrel, very nice high gloss walnut stock with ebony tip but kicks like a mule. There were initially thoughts of getting it and one day screwing a pre-fit 6.5-06AI, 28" 8t "something" on it but decided to shoot it first. I tried reloads with 140gn Ballistic Tips, 135gn SMK's using IMR7828 and yesterday; 130gn Ballistic Tips with 56gn of IMR4831 and a Rem9.5 primer. This little rifle shoots! All those loads with three different bullets, two powders and two primers, all stayed .5MOA or better. I will keep it as is for now and use it in the swamp behind my house.
