The sales person said for my usage and budget, this scope would be my best bet.</p><p> </p><p>I believe the most important aspect of any warranty, even if it says LIFETIME is whether it is Transferable to a potential secondary buyer.</p><p>Scanning through the whole list I presented, I believe there are only 4 companies which state TRANSFERABLE. That means when I am ready to upgrade, the resale value will stand up because the warranty is transferable to the new owner, no questions asked.</p><p>I believe that is an important point for those buying a used scope.</p><p>At least it would be for me. Even with that said, some companies say you must include the sales receipt when selling to another person.</p><p>Who keeps a sales receipt for 5-10-15 years ?</p></blockquote><p></p>
