By no means has Oregon cornered the market on unethical and/or arrogant hunters that bully. I have hunted turkey twice in the past three years. On multiple occasions, I have had hunters walk right through my set up at first light. This is after I had informed them we were already in that location. One hunter said they had waited several years to draw the area and had a right to be there! Technically, they were correct. "Should I do this?" has given way to "Can I legally get away with this?". I just got back from a deer hunt in Northern AZ. My plan was to sit about 100 yds off a water hole that showed some promise. Because it is difficult to see my natural blind from the road, I put up a sign that stated "Hunter on Stand at Tank" about 300 yds from the water hole. I had a couple of road hunters that came up the road, stopped at the sign, looked at me for several minutes through bino's (and yes - one scoped rifle) then turned around and left. The last group drove past my sign, got out at the water hole and then all four of them took turns ****ing in different spots around the tank. They laughed, gave me the bird then left - taking my sign with them. It is becoming a bigger problem each year and Game & Fish seem either unable or reluctant to do much about it.
