skunked in MT

I didn't draw any pronghorn tags in MT this year, and now its dawning on me how much I'll miss hunting em...so I'm looking for advice on strategy for an out-of-state permit for WY at this late time.

edit: never mind, I see its too late to get anything except bonus points for next year.
