For what its worth, my .300 Win Mag with NF 5x25 ATACR and 215 Berger velocity is 2952 and I am using a custom drag curve in SIG Kilo 2400ABS. My sight height is 1.875 so I doubt your sight height is a problem. I also measured my muzzle velocity with a Magneto Speed over 25+ rounds fired. Mine has been spot on all the way out to 1125 yards. When you noticed the big drop at 400, was the integrity of your group still there? If you still had a 1 1/2" group, then you can rule out the mounts and the load. You shoot with same rest combination as before? You change from bags to bipod, or with MS and without MS? You can rule out the scope tracking with a tall target test. It can also show you if you have the scope cross hairs mounted level. A bit of a PITA to set up, but easy to see if you have a problem. If the scope tracks fine, and your loads ES, SD, and groups are holding well, then I'm stumped. Your Sig Data seems correct based on my experience. 4 ish MOA at 400yds is about right. Are you shooting uphill or down hill? Is your SIG set on mils instead of MOA? Is your ATACR MIL or MOA? Sig needs to match whatever your scope is... And lastly, I'm confused as to why you have to enter the velocity if you have the gun profile set up already? If you have the SIG2400ABS, you should only have to hit the range button. It will give the solution for you. No need to add velocity. The only input you would have is wind speed and direction.
