Besides, the bone would tend to follow wolf's law and do the exact opposite. More than likely it's a traction cyst secondary to a partial cuff tear. Add the impingement that is likely in all adult sizes over 40 and you have the perfect environment for a cyst. </p><p></p><p>Of course I don't know any of this for a fact.
