I guess I did leave my reaction out... or at least tone it down a bit. jessie and bryce were both watching through optics when the bullet landed. I think we all cheered. I don't think the other guys shot pics, just video. maybe if Jimm wants, ill see about posting a link to a part of the video when he gets it done. lerch, the funny thing that as soon as we pulled into the parking lot, Jim says "Hey! thats Steve! id recognize that tall lanky frame, and backwards hat anywhere!" We did have a great trip, I just wish I still had access to some good dog fields around here close. All of the ones I did have are surrounded by housing additions now The bunkhouse wasn't the Holiday Inn, but the fact that we could wake up and be setting up in less time than it would take to drive from the nearest hotel easily offset and defficencies. For that matter, ive stayed in hotels that were worse. The place showed its age, but wasn't a hole by any means. I almost forgot the landowner Fred Pronger. Very nice guy. We spent several hours of our last night chatting with him about all kinds of stuff. The only problem with the whole situation was that its too far for a weekend trip every weekend!
