I'v read threw some different treads and read about different turrets and I have no idea what there talking about? But on to my next question, once my zero is set (100 or 200 yards) I can loosen the set screws on the turrets where there at and lift it off and rotate it to "0" and line it up and reset the screws.

Exact instructions should be in your owners manual, but if for some reason you don't have one; generally we can loosen the screw/screws and turn the dial to align the 0 with a reference mark. Some models may require you to lift the turret up/off partially or even completely, but most of the scopes I've used don't require this and they turn really easy once the set screws are loose.
