Just yesterday received a new Model 12 LRPV in .223. These guns are tanks ( mean that in a good way! )! Looking forward to getting it to the range. HS Precision stock is VERY nice.

First range day. Zeroed at 100 yards with 9 rounds of Frontier ( Hornady) 68 grain OTM. 3 sub-MOA groups. Lots of fun once I realized that the gun ( barrel, actually ) apparently does NOT like lighter ( 55 grain ) bullets. It threw them all over the lot! I was under the impression that a 1:7 would stabilize that weight, but mine at least doesn`t ,it appears, at least right now. The gun`s a shooter though! Looking forward to some 70+ grains rounds.
