[QUOTE="flashfishing, post: 2122177, member: 41480"] Berger, we talked yesterday about H50BMG loads for my custom 264 Win Mag. I had the 264 Win Mag built on a Ruger M77 tang safety action with a 26in Proof barrel. I had a 300 PRC built so I did not have a use for my 300 Win Mag any more. You gave me a range of 68grs to 71.6grs and COL at 3.340 for 156gr EOL Elite Hunter Match bullets. I used brand new Winchester untuned brass. I used Fed 215 primers and due to my magazine restrictions I seated the bullets to 3.308 COL. I started with a 67.0 charge of H50BMG. I worked my way up to 71grs. I did not experience any pressure signs. I found the best groups at 69.0 grs and 70.0 grs. 69.0grs produced a .406 MOA group and 70.0 produced a .330 MOA group. I am not sure at what speed I am sending the bullets yet. I will chronograph them next time. I was more concerned about accuracy first. I am very pleased with the performance. Now I have a use for the 6 pounds of H50BMG powder I have. I also shot a few groups out of my 6.5-06 AI. Your 140gr Elite Hunter bullets produced some great group. Thanks again Berger.
