I just sent my 10 year old stw in because the extractor broke and the bolt release piece was broke off. They wanted me to send it to an authourized repair center and i told them id rather have the do it. The fixed it and said they had to replace the trigger because they wont ship out guns with the seals broke on the trigger ajustments and im sure replacing the bolt release was more of pain in the but then just replacing the trigger. Total charge with shipping was 50 bucks. Hard to beat that.
