Quickload on Mac

I've been running Quickload on my MacBook Air for years, using Crossover. I am running V.3.8.0.7, and I recently bought the latest update disc, Oct 2021 Data Update. For the life of me I cannot get the update to work. I'm "somewhat" computer savvy, but this has me stumped, I can not figure out how to get this thing to work. I even uninstalled QL and reinstalled it, still nothing when it comes to getting the update to work. I just want all the new bullets and calibers. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you email support? I've not asked them any install or Mac related questions but they have been very responsive when I ask about using the software or products in their db.
