Using a 26" barrel, and I should have thrown this out earlier too. I'm using RWS brass. I started off trying H1000, RE-22, and H4831sc. All of my charges have been faster than posted speed. It just happen to work out that my most accurate load was my fastest too. But 3050 in winter time makes me a bit nervous. I will rework the H1000, maybe try some 215m too. Don't want to shoot my barrel out in 500 shots. As for my scale I always calibrate it before I start and check it periotically. My chrono is a Shoot'en Chrony.
