I looked at the twist rates and noticed Sauer makes the Pantera with a heavier taper fluted barrel in 300 Win Mag and 6.5 PRC. The twist rate for the PRC is 1:8 if that helps you. My 30-06 is 1:11 just like the 300 Win Mag. I need to get some 220 grain bullets and see how it does with them.
