I have delt with PACT for 15 years now, and they've always done well with my errors. I simply can't think of anything to complain about! I even went so far as to scramble all of the software in a scale once like they'd never seen. The guy (on the phone) went thru each and every step to reset it all (took about forty minutes). He said that this was the first time they'd ever seen anybody manage to do this, and later called back to make sure it was still going. Later I managed to tangle my big feet up in the cable on my chronograph. Pulling one set of cables out of the cell. My fault 100%. I called them up to order a new set of cells (they sell them in pairs). He wanted to just give them to me! I wouldn't have it, and paid for them on the phone. He shiped them 3 days priority on their bill. Now if that's bad customer service I kinda wonder what they think about Redding? I based my decision on reviews from the 6BR forum, and some road tests run by folks that I knew they were doing things right. The RCBS is a great unit, but not $110 better. Tobe be exact not $25 better. If you got deep pockets; then of course buy the RCBS. But I know from past practice where I'm going. gary
