[QUOTE="Blackforesthp, post: 2145386, member: 117823"] Here are a few photos of the buck I took with my Hoyt November 2, 2020. I had watched this buck almost daily from July until I finally managed to get my shot. As is with his broken tines he scores 176+. He has four tines that are completely broken off totaling at least 16". So if he hadn't broken his tines he would have been north of 192! Needless to say I was beyond ecstatic once I finally got him on the ground! The best part is he came off my land which has been in our family for over 100 years. We have never taken a buck this big on our property. Prior to this we had only taken a 164". All of the habitat and herd management is starting to pay off. I can not wait until next fall. We have put in about 10 acres of food plots that have not been present before. The plan is to try to take another decent buck from long range next fall with my new 300 win I have on order. Bat action, Krieger barrel, McMillan stock, Kahles 624i scope. It should be able to reach out there a ways. I even have a steel range set up out to 830 yards. With this set up I hope to set up new targets out to 1000+ A new challenge for next year!
