Sorry, ever since I have to report paypal to the IRS, I'm trying to stay away from it. Would prefer money orders or cashier's check. Plus I think I still get tagged with a 3% fee. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I would cover the 3% and shipping so you didn't get dinged. I use PayPal as a security net. I'm sure there are no issues here but it does protect buyer and seller if done through goods and service. If I use PayPal I have the option of using a CC also.
