I bought the wrong rail this did not work for the ultralight. New in box 20 moa rail 85 bucks shipped ?

Curious did the rail not fit, or was it just the screws that did not work since the Ultralight takes 8-40?
 
Exactly. Everything else lined up perfectly. I suppose does not fit is incorrect terminology. It had the wrong sized screws.
