Do these have locking turrets?

No they don't, exposed windage and elevation non-locking. These scopes are very similar to the NF NX8 scopes with Mill XT reticle. I think the glass is better in the Nexus, and the mag range is 4X vs 8x. But side by side they feel similar and have several similarities.
