Every one of the cartridges you listed will be more than adequate. I shot my my first few with a .243 and it performed flawlessly. My last 5 have been with my 7 STW with ranges from 300-410 yards. My buddy took his first last season with a 6.5 Creed and it worked just fine (it was an 80” buck......talk about a great first antelope!!). Most hunters in camp had Creeds. Personally, I’d take your 257 Bee. It’s a laser beam of death at those velocity, and if you have it zeroed at 300 yards you won’t have to hold or dial if a quick shot is needed. Where are you hunting exactly. Closer to Raton or closer to Roswell? We were on a huge ranchnorth of Roswell in a “town”called Vaughn. Oh, and some advice I got from an old timer on hunting antelope. You want to drop them so all that adrenaline doesn’t get into the meat if they run. Antelope meat is just delicious. I actually prefer it over elk, which says a lot. My family loves it, too. It’s a fun hunt. Don’t have to be up real early. Drive around and glass until you find the one you want to go after.
