This morning my son Zayne and I headed to the range to double check zero on his 270 wsm. When headed to a bench and settled in. Another gentleman was to the left 2 benches down sighting in his rifle. As Zayne and the other gentleman were shooting, another couple of guys showed up and headed to a bench. These guys were acting a bit strange so I decided to watch them from behind the firing line. My suspicions became reality quickly when they "tried" to load and rack their AK47. Once they realized how a semi auto works, they quickly shot the loaded clip. As I watched in horror, one guy gets up and starts walking to the target as the firing line was still hot. My mouth opened to scream but nothing came out. Zayne saw him out of the corner of his eye and jumped off the scope. The other gentleman at the end of the line pulled off the scope when he saw the other gentleman that was walking down range in it. I was shaking. Zayne looked at me and said, "dad, what the hell is he doing?" As we grabbed our target, I mentioned politely to the gentleman how stupid of a move that was. He didn't get it. We grabbed our stuff and left the range. Never in my life have I seen this and hope I never see it again. Unbelievable.
