Well I got out to the range today with the new Sightron. I got it zero'd at the 200 yard range then took it out to the longer range that has various size gongs from 75 yards to 760 yards. I dialed in the elevation for 325 yards. Pop went the 9 inch gong, pop, went the 6 inch gong. Dialed in elevation for 425 yards. Pop went the 9 inch gong, poop went the 6inch gong. Dialed in 550, pop, pop. I then went to 750 yards. The gong there is 6 inches wide by 12. MY first two shots were slightly right, with the elevation being spot on. I dialed 3/4 MOA of windage adjustment, and rang that gong. I set the turrets to their new zero and rang it again. I then went back to 550 yards and rang the 6 inch gong. I knew the scope was dialed in, so I tried the little 3 inch gong, and got it first shot. The scope tracked very well in my opinion. The glass is very good from 6-20x. It is still good at 24x. I used 24x for the 550+ shots. It just not quite as clear as the 6-20x. 24x may have been effected more by mirage. It may not be due to the glass. The only thing I didn't like was when the front cap flew off the gun while I was shooting. On other scopes, I usually just flip up the front cap. If you do this with this scope your caps will go flying. It did with my 7mm Mag anyway. So far, I am thrilled with the scope and thinks it a terrific buy in this price range.
