[QUOTE="Alibiiv, post: 2090576, member: 69192"] Believe it or not I haven't been able to find 30-06 brass either. The market seems to have dried up on everything. I am hearing the stories, like others on here, that due to the extreme amount of gun sales (9 million in 4 months) there's shortages; then we have the COVID explanation!!???? I don't know what is going on, the extreme gun sales and the COVID explanation do not seem that plausible to me. And......yes you ought to be able to form/fire-form .280 AI brass out of just about any 30-06 brass platform, a good set of dies and a case trimmer; .270, .280, 30-06. Also what I have found is that if someone provides you with a lead on "anything" dealing with reloading components, then................by all means don't wait until after breakfast or dinner because the stuff will be gone. I have had things "sold out" while shopping on the site. Also bring your wallet because some places are truly gouging, and that seems to be very contagious as well. Places that were not gouging either have learned from other sites or are doing so out of necessity. One particular company that I have seen has stopped selling to the "larger" distributors like Midway USA, Cabela's and many others, however if you go on that company's web site they have all that is necessary, but............you have to make purchases of 500 or more.
