I do believe that if more people took the time to unsderstand the AR platform they would be very surprised! There are so many choices of calibers now that you could just have one lower and a couple of really nice uppers and be able to shoot /hunt anywhere you please. I personally have three uppers in 5.56,6mm AR Turbo Imp. & 6.8SPCII and three lowers but I'm planning on adding a couple more. They will never replace my bolt guns but they are fun to shoot and very accurate with the proper handloads.
