Hey everyone,
Here is my scenario. I accidently stripped one of my screws on my Bushnell Elite 4200 3-9 elevation turret. The screws in questions are the ones that you loosen on on the elevation turret to re zero it and then screw it back down so you can click the turret. They are just the tiniest little things. I called up Bushnell and had the WORST customer service ever. I was told they will NOT send me a new set screw without sending the entire scope to them so they can install it. I was told that by 2 different reps on 2 different days. My question is does anybody know where I can get a replacement couple set screws? At this point, there is no way I will ever buy another Bushnell product again! Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
