Turned a mandrel to fit into the action bore. Cut the action perpendicular to the bolt centerline. Made a spring tool to lap all 9 locking lugs and to square the bolt face. The barrel is a 27.5" long 1 in 9" twist Gaillard. I cut the tenon, the threads, chambered and crowned it. It's chambered in 7mm Weatherby Magnum. Current velocity average is 3100 fps with 70.4 gr. H4831SC and 168 gr.
