[QUOTE="Bishop, post: 878765, member: 26163"] This first group was .010 off lands with 43g IMR-4064 All are 4-shot groups. The Second one looks promising provided the flyer was my fault, which is entirely possible, the wind was blowing 20mph today when i was shooting. Hard for me to stay still. Freak weather in Arkansas today, it musta been 70 degrees yowza im ready for snow! The small cluster was the first three shots of the group into .265 center to center, add in the crappy flyer and the group opens up to .569 bah! Im going to play with that one some more and see if i am on to something The load on the second group was .010 off lands 44g Imr-4064 The Third group the completely terrible one interestingly enough was what happened when i got to 45g of imr-4064. It was compressed, and crunched a bit when i loaded it. I had a pretty good ejector smear on the case head for this load, worse than what you see on some weatherby factory brass. And some primer cratering. Still nice and easy bolt lift though. The group went to crap as soon as noticeable pressure signs showed up. I shot groups at 42g, 42.5g, 43g, 43.5g, 44g, 44.5, 45g Imr-4064 and .010 jump. All the groups interestingly enough except for the 42g loading and the 44.5, and the 45g loading were really similar and relatively close measurement wise. 42g, 44.5, and 45g were noticeably worse than the rest.
