SOLD/EXPIRED Model 7 action and PTG bolt

I have a fully blueprinted (by myself no big name)model 7 action and brand new PTG bolt with tig welded handle, sako extractor, and speed lock pin assembly that the owner is changing his mind on a build and would like to dump it. 400.00 or trade for 700 action(long or short) or xp100. I will guaratee my work if a smith does the assembly and finds anything unsatisfactory I will refund money. I have a few .5 moa or better guns under my belt this is a safe buy for some trusting sole.
