[QUOTE="Newbweatherby, post: 1474886, member: 96297"] I know minox is not a rifle optic that gets much attention on these forums ,..but I just wanted to give you a brief information on my latest encounter.I have asked many questions about my minox scope and getting long range zero which many of experience long range precision shooters have given me super feed back ecspicially since I have very limited moa adjustments.Anhow this is the best piece of glass I personally owned and was super proud of it,so my youngest son and I went local shooting range and he was in at 100 yards in 3 shots we allowed plenty of time between shots action open and every 6 shot ran a jag through the barrel my groups got worse and worse and by the 15 round wast even hitting paper or the target board at 50 yards Iam sorry I forgot to mention calibers we both are shooting 300 rum mine being a stainless steel rem 700 brakes 26" barell my son was shooting same caliber in Winchester model 70 classic stainless unbraked. My optic ia a minox zx5ix25x56mm mu sons an osprey 6x24 x50mm. I contacted minox customer service who told me to contact Blaser usa ,I asked how long the expected turnaround would be and the rep said average about 4 mos because the end of every month they would send all minox optics from Huston TX to Germany I explained I had a hunt coming up and I may not get my scope back I'm time for our hunt .So customer service offered to send me a loaner until my scope was repaired or replaced ,They sent it out the same day I called and spoke with their customer service. I don't know the quality in general but I am happy their CS department was willing to send me a loaner until mu issues have been resolved.Ill keep posting on their progress, I just felt it should be reported when a company tries to stand behind their product and help their customers.
