What's the barrel channel like? I'm building an FN commercial Mauser with a Remington Sendero barrel. Any issues using that barrel for your stock? FWIW- it also has FN Supreme bottom metal with the hinged floorplate.

Stock arrived today. Mom is excited. This project is a custom rifle for her. She told me that going deer hunting is on her bucket list.

I'm not a maple fan unless it's on pancakes but that looks like it'll turn into one sharp looking stock.

I agree. I'm kind of jealous. Mom is getting a bad *** rifle. We took the stock to the gunsmith a couple of days ago and got a first look at the barreled action. That Sendero barrel is kind of big on a rifle for Mom. She's 4'11". She looked like she was holding a .50 BMG.
