I am going to list this on a few other sites as well so the first time stamp with the magic words gets it.
It is a 3.5x10x40 Leupold Vari-X III in Matte color with fine duplex crosshairs.
It does have some scratches as you can see in the pics and a blemish where a muzzleloader burned it. (the rings did cover that on my last gun)
The glass is absolutely perfect and crystal clear = not a mark on them at all.
I am asking $355 shipped and ins'd
