I bought this awhile back from a gunsmith that received it from a police trade in. It has been painted and the paint can be safely removed as per Leupold. Its is a older model than the one listed. The scopes tracks and returns to zero with no issues. Very clean glass. I am not selling the barreledd action or the rings.
