Looking for a Leupold 4.5-14x40, 30mm tube, SF either VX3 or VX3i

I have a new in box never mounted VX3i 4.5-14x50 30mm SF Duplex I would trade towards a 40.

Is yours the CDS-ZL model or the non CDS version? Looking at Leupold's website I think they made both.

The one I have is non CDS. Model # 170709.
