I sent it back and got it reconditioned and it works fine now, no questions asked.</p><p></p><p>Ever seen a Vortex fail?, I have...just two weekends ago we had a new guy out shooting with us and he had a Viper PST on a .308.....half way through the day it looked like some paint chips or something came loose from the inside of his tube....there were big black specs of something all over his field of view and they changed with every shot!! Damnedest thing I've ever seen, I'm sure that Vortex will take care of him.....i hope, if it were a Leupold I'd know for sure!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
