[QUOTE="Packrat 6, post: 1098056, member: 80288"] And you only had ONE bullet?....Jeez.....if you had 7 + 1, there should be 7 + 1 hogs laying there. You probably need to take a class in instinct shooting for Pistols. Classes are about 4 Hours a day for a week for pistol, a week for rifle, not all that expensive and are one of the best things you can learn. My in-laws paid for both classes before I went to Vietnam and it saved my butt several times. By the end of class, you can put a .22 round through the middle of a thrown washer (about 2") without hitting the edges of the washer and can actually see the round go through. Starts out with a BB gun and is a kick in the butt to learn. Of course with that AR you shoot and and all the attachments, if the rifle had legs, it wouldn't need you to hunt! Really curious to see how well you would do over Iron sights and a range of about 10 yards on a moving target coming right at you. Well, since you insist on retiring, will probably never know. Got to go look around the LRH site...there's got to be somewhere I can relocate, but Hogs are all I get to hunt anymore, if very infrequently. I wonder if reprimands transfer between threads?
