My guess is its either the money or there is enough inline shooters in Idaho to make some noise. Buffalobob made a good comment on the vision problem My hunting partner suffers from farsightness and has trouble seeing his open sights they are either out of focus or if he uses his glasses he cant see the animal. It would be nice if they legalized a 0 power scope for the people with this problem.
