I know that there has been some discussion on using a Chassis or a Wood/Composite Stocks for hunting.
I guess it really comes down to personal preference. There has been a lot of advancements in design of Chassis for shooting. Chassis were mainly used in competition mainly PRS. Now there are Chassis that are designed for the HUNTER. They are 'Lighter" and can be configured to fit anyone's shooting style.
Coyote Shadow Tracker, LLC has been very fortunate to now be a DEALER for MPA Chassis, Firearms, Accessories.
Trying to finish or TAXES this coming week, then seek funding to finish our Shop and then start stocking MPA Components for custom builds. There is a "Wait" Time on most components from all manufactures. Jill and I plan to "Test" Chassis being designed for Hunters and then purchase them for our inventory.
So maybe in the next months if you want a custom build with a MPA Chassis for Hunting or something for competition we maybe able to help you out.
