Using hornady brass and a .291 bushing with Hornady Match dies and almost zero neck tension on my 6.5 PRC. What bushing are you guys using for this combo?

You need to measure your brass neck thickness with a ball mike. 014 is common. Yours must be .013 or less.
Cal dia (.264) + 2xs neck thickness⁰ = loaded cartridge dia. Most prefer about .002 tension.
264+28=292, minus .002 means you need a .290 bushing (or less).

measure a loaded round and then subtract .002-.003. I used a .289 when I had mine. remove the expander and replace with the decapping pin retainer my expander was to large and opened the neck to much

Thanks. When I started I couldn't find a loaded round so I used the first method. The brass is not uniform so I averaged. Think I will try that .289
