SOLD/EXPIRED Hodgdon H4831SC and H4350

I have a new unopened 8 pound jug of H4831SC and 5, 1 pound unopened bottles of H4350 (All same LOT) for sale. I do not load anything with these powders anymore so need to get rid of them. I am looking for $175 for the H4831SC and $125 for all the H4350. I don't know of a way to legally ship this as an individual, so will have to be face to face. I am in the San Antonio, TX area, but can meet up with a reasonable distance.
