So we started in on the first trail that was in the direction she took off. No deer. I cut right, downhill, and found another major trail and turned and looked back up the hill. The eyes were shining in the headlamp and I told Abner to walk straight uphill and I kept the light on her. "DAD! I FOUND YOUR DEER. IT'S LOOKING AT ME!"
