Well since I started searching resources, I found someone who lives about 20 min away who just so happens to not only have a manufacturers license and teach classes on how to make these, he also has a magazine built on a 40 acre piece of land and can store my stuff and I can make things under him in a supervised/legal manner. He also makes the stuff used in town displays in our area for the 4th and has for decades and won the "Grand Master" level in the national competition 2 years in a row and competes every year. So It's kind of like saying, "oh, I want to learn how to box. That's cool, here's Mike Tyson to show you how," We are starting with rockets. Heading out to his place today for lesson #1. Had dinner last night and saw what he has at home. Which I can only describe as ridiculous.
