So, I finally got around making this for myself. You'll always have them with your rifle. I shot a buck a couple of years ago with a braked 338 ultra and i could not hear for a couple of days. I'm a leftie so this example is on a left handed rifle. I made the plug carrier from heavy duty elastic that has a strip of rubber on the side that goes against the rifle so it really stays put and the pouch is made from hyaplon.
