I glue a thin piece of rubber to the face of the socket for a little protection against damage to the barrel extension as well. You have to pull the buffer spring/tube, but that's easy enough to do. Heating the area with a hair drier till it will burn you to the touch seems to help with removal too.</p></blockquote><p></p>
