FYI one major part of my job was to ensure that company equipment in the food establishments within the nine county area I covered were not only functioning properly and accurately within specs for that particular instrument, but also that they were of proper design for their use. Those firms ranged from small Ma & Pa shops to multimillion dollar plants run by the biggest firms in the world! Therefore I think I know more than just a little bit about what we're discussing in this thread.
