Difference in Redding Type F/L dies

Both also have the same shoulder angle. But, since the .243 has a smaller neck diameter, the length from the start of the shoulder to where it terminates at the neck is longer than the .308. I am pretty confident this would not allow proper shoulder setback if interchanging dies. </p><p></p><p>If you were to use Type-S neck only bushing dies, it MAY be possible to swap bushings and size both cartridges- BUT - The shoulder difference may still be an issue (ie interchangeability may only go in one direction, or even not at all).
