Man it was hard starting out with this program! Felt shot every day for the first two weeks of it. Thought about ending it going Into week 3 as I was just not getting any energy. Didn't want to be a quitter and give it a fair shot so I kept on with it. Have to admit I am very glad I did! The last week my energy has been great. Been kicking butt on workouts and feel better. My guts are way better but not completely great. I have dropped 12 pounds at least of fat and probably more due to eating a crap load of protein and gaining muscle mass. I sleep well and am rarely hungry or have cravings for things. My endurance is up and I'm find I don't get winded as fast as I used to. We were at two parties this last week and I didn't feel like I needed anything to satisfy my hunger Out of the normal foods I was eating.

I and the wife are really hoping we can keep eating like this and incorporate a few things back into our diet. Got to have my home made sausage and brats! A protein shake once a day would help as well. Some of the condiments and things we ate will stay in our diet as they are really quite good and good for us. It is actually real easy to eat this way and it dose not restrict how much you can eat. The problem can sometimes be eating enough calories in the day! Try getting 200 grams of protein naturally A day! Lots of eggs! I love eggs but eggs every single morning dose get old. Any way I though I would share how it ended and that I hope I can keep eating clean for the most part. I have tried a lot of different programs and diets in the past and this one was by far the easiest besides the lack of energy the first two weeks. It is also one of the few I have used that I actually seen results.
Update: Last day of my whole 30 experience was yesterday. Man it was hard starting out with this program! Felt shot every day for the first two weeks of it. Thought about ending it going Into week 3 as I was just not getting any energy. Had lost some weight but the energy just wasn’t there. Read some reviews and some just couldn’t do it and I thought that might be me. Didn’t want to be a quitter and give it a fair shot so I kept on with it. My endurance is up and I’m find I don’t get winded as fast as I used to. We were at two parties this last week and I didn’t feel like I needed anything to satisfy my hunger Out of the normal foods I was eating. If I can get rid of a bit more pudge I may finally get ripped🤣😂
