24" Varmint contour barrel--- plus MBM Baby Beast muzzle break---Poof like recoil.
1x12" twist.
Moyers Custom trigger--24oz.
Nice grain Factory stock at 13" L.O.P.
EGW (Evolution Gun Works) Picatinny Rail. Keeps scope at normal rearward position. I have original Ruger ring mounting blocks.
Shoots 85gr Speer SPBT at 3/4" 2800fps -mild.

Leupold VX-III 6.5-20x40mm will be $500 extra--Has Kenton Turret not synched -- just used as a reference.

Can't help but love those Ruger #1s. If I had it, I couldn't sell it unless I was being evicted or needed a life saving procedure.

CST...I can agree.. .but getting older and want to trim my custom deer rifles to 6. Plus 12 twist...if 8 twist might keep it longer.
